Right of Withdrawal

Beliq contracts only with businesses (entrepreneurs, Section 14 BGB). The statutory right of withdrawal under Sections 355 and 312g BGB is a consumer right (Section 13 BGB), so it does not apply to a Beliq account or paid plan.

If you are a private individual and want to try Beliq, you do not need an account or a contract: the invoice generator and the API playground on our public website are free and open to everyone. Use those to build or check a single e-invoice without signing up.

Paid subscriptions are sold by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as merchant of record. Creem is your contractual counterparty for the purchase and handles billing and refunds; Creem's buyer terms, including any withdrawal or refund rights they grant, apply to that purchase. See Section 4.1 of our Terms of Service for how this works.
