Subscriptions are sold by Armitage Labs OÜ (Creem), Tallinn, Estonia, as merchant of record, selling in its own name. Your subscription invoice, receipt and its VAT treatment therefore come from Creem and follow Creem's processes. For input VAT deduction, the Creem invoice is the relevant document.
Separately, for invoices we issue ourselves: we are a small business under Section 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer). Our supplies are exempt from VAT under Section 19(1) UStG, and we do not show VAT on them.

Customers
Beliq is offered exclusively to businesses (entrepreneurs, Section 14 BGB). Contracts for paid plans are not concluded with consumers (Section 13 BGB). There is accordingly no consumer right of withdrawal. Section 1.3 of our Terms of Service sets this out; the free tools on our website are open to everyone under the Terms for Free Offerings.
Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to Section 7(1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringement, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for Links
Our site contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We cannot therefore accept any responsibility for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
